We are a quality master butcher, licensed to deal in game and venison. We specialise in locally sourced beef that has been hung for a minimum of 28 days. This meat is butchered by a team of professionals trained to the very highest standards. We offer an extensive range of freshly made sausages that we are proud to make daily in-house, along with a selection of exceptional cooked meats and game. Linda Dick supplies us with excellent free-range chickens, ducks and eggs from her farm in Peebles. We also have a legendary reputation for steak and mince pies.
